An added point to the above is that the coach owes it to everyone on the team to put the guy that gives them the best chance to win on the field on game day.  If he isn't doing that and the team senses he isn't, he loses credibility and risks losing the locker room.  When teams win, players get retained/extended.  Players that aren't retained/extended find it easier to get picked up by another team, etc.  It boils down to more money for players and that's what they're all doing this for.  For however many games he rolls with Henne as starter, you can take it to the bank it's because he thinks Henne gives them the best chance to win the game and he would know better than anyone.  Let him do his job.
