Think about that for a second. So the chief says he wants more tickets written. Maybe he knows there are still too many speeders in his town. I love how lawbreakers want to blame law enforcers for their predicaments.

 

If it makes people feel better by blaming the cops because they have to pay a fine to speed, then so be it. Personal accountability is a lot of hard work. Too much work for too many these days, and they are oh so easy to spot.
