The city is set up to catch speeders by dropping the speeds significantly in a short period of time. It is done to get speeding ticket revenue, not for safety. Never mind the fact that it is illegal to set a ticket quota. That is a scam. Are there signs before the drop in speed limits that say "reduced speed ahead"? |
