If you sat down there for a day, you would see that people are oblivious to those signs. People have become exponentially more stupid when it comes to driving these days, and you see it everywhere, even in well marked speed traps.

 

People can whine all they want. Don't want a speeding ticket, don't speed. It's that simple.
