Bortles is getting people hyped up because he looks like a guy that *could* be a truly elite quarterback.  Like Manning or Brady elite.  SI had an article last week that Andrew Luck was the heir apparent to those two guys and will be THE dominate QB for the next decade.  When I read that my first thought was that they wrote that article a year to early.  But it's early, so we'll see.  Lefty looked good for us initially too and he bombed.
