He has all of the potential you'd want in a guy that you expect to become your franchise QB. I agree. Leftwich had the tools but he lacked the work ethic and was a bit fragile. Bortles so far looks like he has neither of those issues and is more athletic to boot. The only reason I mention it is because some people thought Lefty would be a better QB than Brunell and of course that never happened.
