Local Adult Rec Leagues

Looking for adult rec leagues around Jax, or more specifically Fleming Island if possible, to play basketball, soccer, or flag football. Anyone have some recommendations?
I searched the internet and did find BASL for soccer though their website was a ton of information and having not played organized soccer for about 15 to 20 years I was a little intimidated.
