Can't do much with an absolutely horrendous offensive line and literally no other legit WR threats. Jaguars fans should know this more than anything.
Michigan blows, but Funchess is legit. Despite how bad Michigan was, Funchess still got over the 100 yard mark in 3 quarters of play (sat out most of the 4th quarter with an injury). There is a reason Funchess is projected to go in the 1st round of the 2015 draft. My tout of the QB/WR connection was less about Gardner and more about Funchess. For example, Dalton to A.J. Green is one of the best QB/WR combos in the country, despite Dalton being pretty "meh" of a QB. |
