The word donkey makes me think of Toby Gerhart's nickname, Gerhorse. Someone who is blamed for a loss is called a goat, not a donkey.
You can't blame this loss on just one player. Part of it was the first missed field goal (second one was blocked). Losing Jonathan Cyprien also was a factor. Marqise Lee's drop at the Eagles sideline was huge because it was a long pass and perfectly thrown. Zane Beadles was blamed for a sack. It is much easier to say a certain situation is a problem than somebody on the roster. |
