I have to agree this is one area that I'm not impressed by the coaching staff. Last season showed a terrible lack of halftime adjustments, and the same thing happened in this game.


However, I was hoping the running game would give the Jags a chance in this game. But, it is just atrocious. If they could've run the ball even slightly better, the 2nd half would've looked a lot different, and the Jags likely could've won.


I don't buy that the running game is stalled completely because a "lack of fear" of Henne's passing. Henne looked really good in the first half, and the running game still looked god awful. They couldn't even get 1 yard on a couple 3rd downs that ended up stalling drives.


The offensive line and running game is just pitiful. The rookie WRS still have a lot of learning to do. Even though they show great promise, how many times did they mess up on route communication (Lee).


We all know Bortles has much more talent than Henne. But, I just don't believe that it's the only difference in winning/losing. Until these WRS get more experience, and the O-line actually looks like it belongs in the NFL, it's going to be a frustrating struggle no matter who the QB is. I really believe that.
