We'll see.  I don't think they'd actually do that to any of their players because it reflects on them as well.  I think they see more potential in what Henne can do if he gets out of his own way than even he does, and they're trying to push him to trust that.  It's the same thing we saw from Garrard.  The physical tools were there, but he never had the confidence to trust in himself, and as a result, mediocrity prevailed.  I suspect the same thing will happen with Henne.
