I haven't seen you address this - maybe you have - but I missed it. 

 

You don't give any credence to the notion that the coaches want the o-line to settle into some semblance of solid play - and they want the rookie WRs to at least know where to line up on the field before thrusting a rookie into the line-up?

 

I think it's that simple.  The receivers will be fine by week 3. The line will probably take a week or two longer to solidify and will still have issues. But I think that's when they put the kid in. I think it has nothing to do with him being ready - but the pieces around him at least being "solid." Those pieces are not there yet. Seems totally reasonable to me.
