If the WRs were not shortening their routes to compensate for the heavy pass rush, then why didn't the QB point that out OR why didn't they call a timeout to allow the OC to point that out?
This isn't rocket science. Heavy pass rush, do a QB draw, run some screens, hit the WRs on some quick slants. The game yesterday was a debacle across the board. It's like everyone just went into brain freeze and did the status quo. No adjustments .... nothing. Very Strange. |
