Henne isn't a great QB no, not close. Is he good? On a good team, he could perform reasonably. Contrary to what you said, he can read defenses and identify coverages competently which is one of the reasons he's starting over Bortles right now when Bortles is obviously much more physically gifted.
I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.
