I've seen him throw them before, but they just aren't completed passes. Either Henne is off on the pass or the receiver is off on the route, it's one of the 2. I see other teams complete them all the time, esp on 2nd or 3rd and 5 or 6 yds or so. Unfortunately, the Jags just can't complete them, for some reason.
