When an offense is blitzed that much, a young offensive line is bound to make mistakes, so yes the offensive line is directly responsible for those sacks.
Why is the opposite DC calling so many blitzes though ? Wouldn't it be because they know Henne can't make them pay ? An example here : https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BxrzdrqIgAAWJTb.png:large Haslett blitzes everyone on the right, leaving Mike Brown open, Henne doesn't pull the trigger at all and is nearly intercepted forcing the ball in the middle to Marqise Lee. |
