Most likely it has something to do with the fact that Young played in the first two games and Pasztor did not.

I think it has a lot more to do with Pasztor having a broken hand. Pasztor was the starter at RT before he was hurt. Young was 3rd string before Bradfield was cut. Young getting 20 snaps over the past two games doesn't outweigh Pastor getting 400 or so last year.

Young gets the start in an attempt to let Pasztor fully heal before being forced to start him with a cast on his hand and wrist.
