I haven't read this whole thread...  But in regards to Henne, it seemed in the pre-season we ran a much more up-tempo offense, even going no-huddle in series.  What happened to that?

 

Henne I think can be good when he isn't thinking to much, he seems to be more of an instinct type QB.  The minute he has to read and react, he's toast.  

 

I thought it was exciting to see us in pre-season try to dictate to the defenses.  In the regular season, we seemed to have gone more vanilla with our offensive game planning...  Especially after a couple things go wrong.

 

With that said, I honestly can't say we're gonna see the good Henne this week.  Our WRs are basically a MASH unit.  Our O-Line is suspect at best, and we have no running game.  The c'lots are gonna come after Henne early and often.  He'll probably get into his own head, and we'll see more of what we've seen in the last 2 weeks.

 

I hope I'm dead wrong on this.  But the key is to maybe start getting some quicker routes going, get some balls to Denard in space, and hope for some missed tackles by c'lot D.
