Not really, the injuries and position changes did far worse to that chemistry than the guy in the backfield. Look how many guys on the offense yesterday  weren't on the field the first two weeks, then look at how many weren't on the field yesterday that were in those games. It's been a big juggling act for 2 weeks and it'll continue that way while the roster churn continues.
