How Will Bortles Survive Behind This Line!
|
Quote:I didn't say you said it was more important to develop with the QB than it is with the line. I said you put more importance on the development with the QB than I do. There's a difference. I think developing chemistry with the QB is significantly less important than developing cohesiveness as a unit. If the line isn't effectively operating as a group, that's a bigger problem than having chemistry with the QB. I think we agree on this, but you put a little more weight into the QB to line cohesiveness than I do.The way I look at it is, the QB will develop either way, but I feel he should have been developing in game since the start of the season. Development of any position group or player is greatly important to this team. If units do not learn to play together as a group and as a team, we will have more issues than we want. I wasn't trying to say one was more important than the other. I was trying to explain why it is important for an offense to develop with a QB.
In order to rebuild, you have to destroy.
