I disagree wtih the statements about Poz
, he's one of the best players on our Defense but he's trying to do too much (making up for the poor performance and missed cues of OLB).  They need to work on tackling, the basics.  You have to wrap it up.

They need to work on the zone coverage for OLBs because the young guys arent getting it.

 

Its a young team and you have to expect mistakes, but being blown out for three weeks in a row (regardless of how inept Chad Henne and our Offense was) isnt really an excuse for their performance.  They should do more OLB blitzs since they arent that great at covering...

 

Poz has been around enough to know how to tackle.  He just isn't good.  He doesn't have enough speed to cover what he needs to cover and he's almost always late to tackles.  That's why you see him make tackles after a 5 yard gain or more, he just doesn't have the ability to close.  I'd expect him to be gone after this year if they try to address the position in the draft.
