A Tale of Two Cities

Dickens' famous novel of the same name as the title of this thread begins with the above quote (or something approximating it). That novel discussed pre French Revolution France. But the tale of two cities may also describe the QB fates of Jacksonville and Miami. While we here in Jacksonville are currently delighted with the ascent of Blake Bortles to starting QB, Miami is uncertain about theirs. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/201...s-starter/ Worst to 1st.
