I agree with this. I remember that game and that play. I was 14 years old that year. Next day in the paper you could see photos of where he clearly didn't control the catch and where it had hit the turf. Naturally, Coughlin is fired not too long after that, and the rest is history. Two things I won't forgive the franchise, or, maybe I should really say Wayne Weaver and Gene Smith for....
