In truth, some owners would have fired Kubiak at the end of last season, even though they advanced to the 2nd Round of the playoffs a 2nd consecutive season.

I know he had a similar length of career, but as said - JDR made the playoffs in 2007, and then proceeded to have 4 more non winning seasons until he was finally fired.

The Texans fans shouldn't be getting off the hook after only one non playoff/ non winning (maybe) season. They deserve to go through what we did, dang it!!!! :angry:
