Some Positives (It Isn't All Bad)
|
Quote:This entire thread is an oxymoron for a majority of Jaguar fans. Some people want Dave Caldwell to have the opportunity to draft any QB available. And if he doesn't select Bridgewater, they will be happy about it (as long as it turns out to be the right decision), but they want Caldwell to have the opportunity. Especially in a year that the team appears non-competitive. They would rather end the season 1-15 with the 1st pick, than 2-14 with the 2nd or 3rd pick. We want a QB that will make this team competitive. Once you get your franchise QB, you don't want to tank. Nobody wants to get Bridgewater and then tank the season. They want whoever the next QB is to come in, and start winning. The only fans who don't want the team to be successful are the Tebowites.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
