A Jaguar win is the death knell of the bibber.

 

You see, the bibber says that they're sick of losing, but wants to do nothing but lose. They see winning as a failure. If players develop and become competitive, the bibber sees that as a threat. It means that this team could actually win a game or two. That is like Kryptonite to the bibber. We must keep the bibber happy by losing every game possible in order to get their hand picked guy who may or may not work out. Even if it does, it damages the draft position, and bibber is once again upset. 

 

It's a no win situation, and one best avoided at any cost. You can not ever win with a bibber. Bibber doesn't live in the same world.

 

Some people want Dave Caldwell to have the opportunity to draft any QB available.  And if he doesn't select Bridgewater, they will be happy about it (as long as it turns out to be the right decision), but they want Caldwell to have the opportunity.  Especially in a year that the team appears non-competitive.  They would rather end the season 1-15 with the 1st pick, than 2-14 with the 2nd or 3rd pick.  

 

We want a QB that will make this team competitive.  Once you get your franchise QB, you don't want to tank.  Nobody wants to get Bridgewater and then tank the season.  They want whoever the next QB is to come in, and start winning.  

 

The only fans who don't want the team to be successful are the Tebowites.
