I've always had high hopes for Branch. Maybe this is the year he makes a leap forward. Maybe he never does. I haven't really seen any noticeable improvement in his pass rushing ability just yet, be he is at least doing what he's supposed to do out there most of the time which, unfortunately, is more than you can say for a number of other guys on this defense.

I hope we get to finally see Branch just flat out beat his guy and get to the QB without it requiring great coverage/extra time. I'll hold out on "star in the making" until I see that.
