Another NFL Game Day is here again, Jaguars Nation!
![]() Jaguars and Chargers are playing in their seventh regular season meeting this afternoon. San Diego though, unfortunately leads the all-time regular season series 4 games to 2, and also outscored Jacksonville in the previous six games 172 to 105. Jacksonville is seeking both their third win over the Chargers, and their first win in San Diego in nearly seven years. Jaguars are also trying to avoid a 3-game regular season losing streak to the Chargers. Josh Scobee's two field goals from 30, and 23 yards were the only scoring for Jacksonville in San Diego's 24-6 win in their last meeting played at EverBank Field back on October 20, 2013. Jacksonville's last win occurred at EverBank Field back on November 18, 2007. Josh Scobee started the game scoring with his 48-yard field goal, and later added three PAT's. QB David Garrard then threw two touchdown passes, a 36-yarder to Reggie Williams, and a 1-yard pass to Marcedes Lewis, for the 24-17 victory. Jaguars also defeated the Chargers in their only other win, in their first-ever meeting since Jacksonville entered the NFL, winning 27-21 at then Alltel Stadium back on October 5, 2003. Andrew Catalon, Steve Tasker, and former Jaguars and NFL QB Steve Beuerlein are announcing the late regional single header game for The NFL On CBS, seen regionally throughout the USA, and locally on WJAX-TV CBS Channel 47, live on HD. Frank Frangie, former Jaguars and NFL lineman Tony Boselli, and veteran sportscaster Jeff Lageman, are also announcing the live radio game play-by-play and analysis, simulcast on Jaguars flagship station partners WJXL 1010AM, and 92.5FM, WGNE Gator Country 99.9FM, and the Jaguars Radio Network heard thoughout the Florida Panhandle, and Southern Georgia. Clear and partly cloudy skies at 72 degrees, is the local game forecast inside Qualcomm Stadium, for the 4:05PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff, along with 86% precipitation, 38% humidity, and mild northeast winds at 6 miles per hour. Visiting Jaguars are wearing their black jerseys, and white pants, while the Chargers are wearing their white jerseys, and navy blue pants. NO further injuries, and let's see Blake Bortles and the Jaguars upset the Chargers in San Diego.
