I agree that Shadrick probably has a better play by play voice for the team, but that kind of change only happens if Shadrick is part of the 1010XL broadcast team.  Right now, he's an employee of the Jaguars.  The reason Frangie has the job is because 10101XL is paying him, and since he's one of the partners in the 7 Bridges company that owns the station, it seems unlikely any sort of change will come unless Shad demands it.  There's a 1 year out for the team regarding the official station designation, but I think that with the other programming changes the station has made to accommodate the Jaguars, they're probably happy with most of what has transpired.  If there's an opportunity to make a change next year, I'm sure they'll take full advantage.
