His BAC was .218 according to the toxicology report and had a small amount of Valium in his system.
 

Unfortunate, but the good news is that he didn't kill anyone else.

 

I'm curious to know what actually happened in the hours before his death because there are some significant differences in his wife's story and the actual situation.
