The point I was making in my post was time frame based and that they lost their collective confidence quickly.    A detailed summary of downward plight of the Texans wasn't my intention.   

 

The Texans did win a game  (  at Tennessee ) before they got beaten badly by the Patriots on MNF.      I stand corrected from what I expressed previously.   Despite that,   unless you and/  or anyone else can convince me,    I'm of the opinion that the OT win over the Jaguars was the game that was the beginning of their downward spiral of the Texans.       Maybe,  the Texans will turn things around and get back to where they were prior to their 2012 home game vs.  the Jaguars.       It would surprise me though if they accomplish this with their current core of players.

 

 

 

In my opinion, the Texans turning point was when they got embarrassed by the Patriots in Foxboro. No matter the records, the Jaguars/Texans games are always good games and I know the Texans players never take them lightly. Going into overtime with the Jags wouldn't shake their confidence as they already respect them in the first place.
