After a 3rd bad season (7-6, 3-5 in conference), following two absolutely terrible seasons, Rich Rod's time was up. You keep saying that he was getting better each season, but so? Rich Rod's first season, he led Michigan to it's lowest win total since 1963. Of course the following year was going to be better.

 

In 3 season,s 15-23 (6-18) is not going to cut it. Especially so when you are get absolutely dogwalked by your Rival (37 to 7) and embarrassed in your bowl game (52 to 14) in year 3.

 

 

How old are you? 15? I'd expect anyone older than that to remember how 95%+ of the NCAA Football world was saying Michigan had to fire Rich Rod. It's not like Michigan was unjustified in cutting ties with Rich Rod.
