thats a good point too, why hire someone who you know is going to have to change everything?

if they brought in another pro style guy, they wouldnt have had the huge decline in the first place. BUT they did hire him, and i dont feel they gave him ample time to implement his system with the proper recruits.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."
