if they brought in another pro style guy, they wouldnt have had the huge decline in the first place. BUT they did hire him, and i dont feel they gave him ample time to implement his system with the proper recruits.
 

If he didn't get lose 20+ games in three seasons and get embarrassed 52-14 in his only Bowl Game, he probably would have bought himself more time to prove his system could be effective in the Big Ten. Instead, he blew chunks for 3 seasons.
