Your first line suggests you didn't read my entire post. 

 

Your second line echoes exactly what you missed or ignored from my post. (<no offense intended) It's mostly youth and inexperience IMO. In the second year of rebuilding we got YOUNGER.  That should tell you something.  It's a drag - but now doesn't appear to be the time to expect results - its time to see growth. As unbearable as it is - we might finally be seeing the seeds of the future starting to germinate. Unfortunately we'll need another offseason to stock the shelves on D.  The pieces are nearly all there on Offense - they are just young. 

 

Let's see what we've got in Bowanko, Linder, Robinson, Robinson, Bortles, Joeckel, Cyprien, Johnson, Lee, Hurns, McCray, Telvin Smith, Abry Jones, Ryan Davis  before we freak out. That is a LOT of youth with potential.  If a third of those guys turn into major role players/contributors we are in a different situation.  That's why I'm not tripping on coaching just yet.  I see lots of young talent that should turn the tide as they develop.
