 PC is older and has much more HC experience than Gus does. He's naturally going to make better football decisions.

 

We all can only hope that Gus turns into a great HC in his first head coaching job, PC certainly didn't, but he didn't have a great QB to work with in New York or New England.

 

Actually, not many coaches become great coaches in their 1st head coaching jobs.

 

If they can find a great QB, that greatly enhances their chances, but we all know how hard finding a great QB is, don't we?
