Quote:I think we underestimate the fact that our offense has 7 starters that have played 5 games or less of NFL football. We basically have a glorified college team on offense. I'm sure Bortles is not the only one making mistakes. Guys missing blocks, running routes incorrectly, etc., etc. I'm actually surprised we played as well as we did the last 2 weeks. Remember that were asking them to play football....something they've done their whole lives....were not asking these "rookies" to perform astrophysics here.... The rookie thing has some merit, but lets not go overboard with the excuse. I've seen other very young teams have much success. We show less advertisements to registered users.
