So the fact that there is such a stark difference in Bortles' play from before halftime at San Diego (all the way back to preseason) and the the play after it, is relevant. 
 

The problem is you are blaming his poor play on play calling. Neutering is your term. To use pre vs.regular season play calling as a reason for Bortle's poor play is patently ridiculous.
