No they don't, even if you sign a contract that says no dishes, that clause in the contract is illegal because of OTARD. Most people just don't know about it. They can say you have to put it in the back, but if you can only get a signal in the front, they can't do anything. All you have to do is send them a link to OTARD and their lawyers will go away. Trust me I know, they even tried to fine me for city code violations. I sent them the OTARD link and told them to go away and deal with the Feds.
