But I don't think Gus or the Coordinators he brought in are really the caliber needed to create a truly winning team.

This is not the a scenario similar to Belicheat or Coughlin. Those guys were actually good and didn't really make bonehead decisions in terms of game planning or game management. In terms of Belecheat, he was in an organization that was circling the drain.

In terms of Coughlin, he was money, but overstayed his welcome (to the demise of the Jaguars)...

Gus isn't that same caliber. It's obvious to see now, at least to me.

They've only now started using Shoelace in the proper way.

It's only in the 2nd half that they started playing bump and run and rushing 5 on the D side.

I mean, these things make me way worried about what caliber coaching we have on this team. And actually, I'm far beyond worried.
