there have been plenty of times a woman has engaged in oral sex and not wanted to go further, so who is to say that wasnt the case?

in terms of not charging the witnesses, i dont know the law well enough to speculate on that.

i just think its plausable that he raped her and it seems like the police dept and university went through great lengths to cover up something.

either way it seems to me like winston is a bad egg. incident after incident after incident just doesnt bode well.

But you just questioned them having an agenda yet can't explain why they are not looking at both sides of the case. Now why would someone do that? Is it by accident?
