Its almost better to just dump the Bradley staff (keep Sullivan/ Wash/ Scelfo as holdovers) and get a head coach in here that has a better chance of landing 2 quality Coordinators as the new coach will at least not be on any hot seat.

That's a valid point and something that would need to be considered. I think it would be easier to lure a good OC here regardless for two reasons. 1. Blake Bortles and 2. If Bradley doesn't make it there's a chance that good level OC gets a crack at the HC job with a well developed Bortles at QB by then.
