He is willing to work and improve.  That is what is setting him apart to this point of his career.  And this is positive work not all the propaganda of the Gabbert works hard speeches.

 

Tools + Work Ethic = Bortles

 

Finally oh finally to have such a thing on our team.  Now if the rest of the team can keep up.
