Regarding Ben and the 2004 Steelers.
When Ben came In (Game 3) the Steelers were 1-1 and just came off of a 30-13 Loss to the Ravens. Ben had a huge impact on the Steelers in 2004 with a 93.3 passer rating. Those who disagree are ignorant and didn't watch every game that season. Great defense - yes. But the difference between Ben &Maddox is eerily similar to that of Blake & Henne. Ben averaged 267 Passing yards per game, but then again, he didn't have to air it out in the 4th quarter against prevent defenses since they did not fall behind in the games he was QB |
