Ebola is a mutating virus, I've read from several outlets it mutates as it goes from one host to another and that's why its so hard to treat much less cure. Several doctors have even said they believe the virus mutates how it's transmitted. Obviously if two health care professionals wearing protective gear contracted the virus it's easier to transmit then we first believed.

There is a huge difference between treatment / cure and knowing the transmission process. Again, AIDS has no treatment or cure but do you question if we know how AIDS is spread? Stupid logic.

There is vast amounts of research and literature available for you to read about the transmission of ebola. You making claims that the research is faulty and that we don't know how Ebola spreads is hyping the hysteria. Your agenda is clear. If 1,000 doctors came out and said "We know how Ebola is spread" and 1 came out and said "We aren't 100% positive how Ebola is spread", you would cite the latter.
