There is vast amounts of research and literature available for you to read about the transmission of ebola. You making claims that the research is faulty and that we don't know how Ebola spreads is hyping the hysteria. Your agenda is clear. If 1,000 doctors came out and said "We know how Ebola is spread" and 1 came out and said "We aren't 100% positive how Ebola is spread", you would cite the latter.

So you've got CNN, BBC and NPR all questioning how this things mutating and documenting we're not 100% sure how it's being transmitted from day to day and yet I'm just trying to stir the pot.
