Storm is not an NFL starter.  He runs a little like Fred Taylor, except without the same size, speed, strength, or talent in general.

 

.....he is an inch shorter than fred and is known for being a strong runner.... i wouldnt compare him to fred but yeah, freddy t was definitely faster and had more moves.

 

saying someone doesnt have as much talent as fred is kind of a no brainer. he was a very gifted player, doesnt mean that storm cant play in this league, especially when almost every team runs a rb by commitee type system now.

 

storm can be 1 part and then a shifty, speedy guy would be the other.
