Ebola: Texas nurse tests positive
|
The Hot Zone
Have any of you read this book? I read it several years ago and it scared the crap out of me. Though published in 1995 it's pretty relevant to the times regarding this ebola issue (ebola is ebola, no matter the time frame). Now with another person (nurse?) in Texas infected....yeah. The government and CDC need to get their collective [BLEEP] in gear and stop this. NOW. I don't care how. If you're afraid of hurting people's feelings or stomping on their freedoms then you have no idea what this infectious disease is capable of and you need to read this book or any that will tell you the real deal. It'll give you a clue as to how deadly this is and how fast we could lose control if it's not taken seriously. Stop complaining about rights and freedoms and start being concerned. All it takes is a mistake. Just one. |
