The only change I could see is that coming directly from the coaching staff (e.g. Gus gets rid of the DC or other coach).  I could also see us hiring an Asst. Head Coach that actually has experience.

 

I can foresee a change in the offensive line coach and the secondary coach. 

 

But that's just me sitting in the stands.  Gus Bradley and Dave Caldwell are the ones who watch these assistants coach every day, and they are the ones who know whether these coaches are any good or not.  They won't fire someone just to appease the fans.
