As I said before a plan does not mean it will work.  Results are going to be needed by this fanbase and hopefully khan before seasons end.  It has been a disaster this year.

 

You're the one whining about free agency.  The team has decided to blow the roster up and to fortify the foundation through the draft.  Next year will be the first time you see them making legitimate moves in free agency that will truly benefit this team.  Again, part of the plan. 

 

Yeah, we get it.  We also know that the plan may work, and if it does, it establishes a new model for teams to follow around the league.  It's interesting how the fans struggle with this, but if you listen to those outside of the Jacksonville market discussing the direction this team is headed, and the method they've adopted in building this roster, nobody is as down on this franchise as the Jaguar fans.
