well let's see...the defense has already had more sacks, they have finally stopped the revolving of players at center, they have cut some players that did not produce, they are having far less 3 and outs, we haven't had a passing game for years, but now we do...I see that as progress... Wins and progress are not always the same thing

 

I can liken the building of this team to building a house...First you build the foundation, the you add the walls etc. etc. etc...You can't just skip steps in the plan and expect the house to turn out well...In year 2 of the multi year build you are still building the foundation...You must have a solid foundation or the house will fall...

 

Follow the plan until it's duration and then you can see how good or bad it is...

 

People need to realize on year 2 of a total rebuild, not much can be expected...
